Information about cookies

We use cookies on our page. These are small files that Your browser automatically generates and that are saved on Your terminal (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when You visit our page. Cookies do not cause any damage to Your terminal, do not contain any viruses, so-called "Trojan horses" or malware.

Information that is obtained each time within the scope of the specifically used terminal is archived in the cookie. However, this does not mean that, by doing so, we immediately become aware of Your identity.

The use of cookies serves, on the one hand, to make the use of our offer more comfortable for You. We therefore use so-called session cookies to recognize the fact that You have already visited individual pages of our website. They are automatically deleted when You leave our page.

Furthermore, to optimize user-friendliness, we use temporary cookies, stored on Your terminal for a determined time interval. If You visit our page again to use our services, it will automatically be recognized that You have already been with us and which entries and settings You have made so that You do not have to re-enter them.

On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and analyze it in order to optimize our offer for You. These cookies allow us to automatically recognize, if You visit our page again, that You have already been with us. These cookies are automatically deleted after a time interval defined each time.

The data processed by cookies is necessary for the indicated purposes in order to protect our legitimate interests as well as those of third parties pursuant to art. 6 I p. 1 s GDPR. You can prevent the storage of cookies on Your hard drive by selecting “do not accept cookies” in Your browser settings. However, this may result in a limitation of the functionality of our offers.

Use of our contact form / making contact

In case of questions of any kind, we offer You the possibility to contact us through a form prepared on the website or through our e-mail addresses. In this case, You must provide Your name and a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request comes from and to be able to answer You. Further data can be provided voluntarily.

The processing of data for the purpose of making contact takes place pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR on the basis of Your spontaneously given consent.

The personal data collected by us on the basis of Your contact are automatically deleted once Your request has been processed or handled.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of the company Google Inc. (“Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files, stored on Your computer, which allow an analysis of the use of the website by You. The information generated by the cookie about Your use of this website is, as a rule, transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, Your IP address is previously shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there subsequently. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyze Your use of the website, compile reports on website activities and provide further services related to website and Internet use to the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by Your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting Your browser software accordingly; however, we draw Your attention to the fact that in this case You may not be able to fully use all the functions of this website. Furthermore, You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to Your use of the website (incl. Your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
We use Google Analytics to be able to analyze the use of our website and regularly improve it. The acquired statistics allow us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for You as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is art. 6 I p. 1 s GDPR.

Integration of Google Maps

On this web page, we use the offer of Google Maps. By doing so, we can show You interactive maps directly on the website and allow You the comfortable use of the map function.
The visit to the website provides Google with the information that You have called up the corresponding sub-page of our website. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which You are logged in or whether no user account exists. If You are logged in to Google, Your data is directly assigned to Your account. If You do not want the association with Your profile on Google, You must log out before activating the button. Google stores Your data as usage profiles, exploiting them for advertising purposes, market research and/or the configuration of its own website according to its needs. Such an analysis takes place, in particular (also for users not registered) to provide tailored advertising and to inform other users of the social network about Your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, for which reason You must address Google for its exercise.
For further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please consult the provider's data protection declarations. Here You will also receive further information on Your rights in this regard as well as setting options for the protection of Your private sphere: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en.
