Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send MAGLIFICIO G.A.EMME SRL a communication to this effect, within 10 days from the date of shipment of the goods.

This communication must be sent to the email (gaemme@cashmere.it), always within the aforementioned 10-day deadline. Once the aforementioned withdrawal communication has been received, the customer must return the goods (FREE RETURN). The goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging, complete with all their parts and without having suffered any damage. Upon its arrival in the warehouse, the goods will be examined, and in the presence of damage or tampering, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the goods, MAGLIFICIO G.A.EMME SRL must refund the customer the amount paid, within 15 days from the date of return shipment of the goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide MAGLIFICIO G.A.EMME SRL with the bank details (IBAN Code of the invoice holder).
