GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

Contracts concluded with MAGLIFICIO G.A.EMME SRL are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003. 

The contract stipulated between MAGLIFICIO G.A.EMME SRL and the customer must be considered concluded when the order is forwarded by the customer in compliance with the purchase procedure indicated on the site and once payment has been credited. 

MAGLIFICIO G.A.EMME SRL will send the customer, via email, an order confirmation of the purchase received from the customer, containing a summary of the product's characteristics, the price, the payment method chosen by the customer, and the delivery costs. The customer must check the content of the communication and report any errors or omissions.

The characteristics and prices of the products are reported in the offer relating to each individual product present on the site, and the published prices include VAT as required by law. 

To purchase all products, it is necessary to register on the site. After registration, you can proceed with the order.
